Remnant 2 has just released a major patch for both PS5 and Xbox Series XS, with another patch for Xbox coming soon to bring it in line with the PlayStation version. Here’s what’s been updated in the action RPG.
Both PlayStation and Xbox are getting a number of updates to improve stability and reduce crashes, as well as bug fixes to issues that would block a player’s progression through the game. The update is designed to address the biggest and most frustrating issues players might face, but for the Xbox version, a second update will be coming later in the week to address further balance changes, bug fixes, and quality of life updates.
Gunfire Games has retroactively fixed rewards and achievements that previously weren’t tracked properly, including “as many difficulty-based rewards as possible,” meaning it’s possible some are still not fixed. Players will have to interact with the World Stone post-patch to unlock their rewards and achievements.
