Apex Legends developer Respawn Entertainment has revealed that a single line of faulty code tied to an assault rifle was responsible for a slew of audio and graphical bugs that have plagued players during the 16th season of the battle royale game. Players started reporting the bugs soon after the launch of Season 16 after noticing missing rifle sounds, phantom particle effects, and disappearing grenades that would fail to explode, yet deal the correct amount of damage to nearby enemies. The bugs hadn’t appeared in playtesting, but after a preliminary investigation the most likely cause of the missing effects was…

Elden Ring is FromSoftware’s most ambitious game yet, featuring a massive open-world that you can explore freely, along with a crap ton of bosses to fight. In this article, we’ll be ranking every major boss in Elden Ring from easiest to hardest. However, for the sake of my own sanity, this list will largely focus upon major story and side bosses, and will only cover a few of the repeated bosses that eventually become regular foes…

I’m really captivated by Don’t Nod’s new mystery visual novel Harmony: The Fall of Reverie, but I can’t help feeling like it keeps getting in its own way. The trailer also confirms that all of the new legend’s abilities are indeed the same ones various data miners have been sharing online…

Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games announced that The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is now available on Nintendo Switch. The most interesting aspect of this Switch port is that its Nintendo eShop page specifically states that the game runs at 24fps. Most games usually run at 30fps or 60fps, so having Man of Medan on Switch running at 24fps is unusual. This port also retains the same features found on other platforms, such as the Curator’s Cut game mode, two-player online and five-player couch co-op multiplayer modes, and accessibility options such as subtitle and difficulty settings. One new feature…
