​ Redfall studio Arkane Austin has announced it will release one final update for the vampire game with some some highly requested features. One of the features coming with the update is offline mode, which players asked for before the game’s release in May 2023. At the time, director Harvey Smith said the team was working to make offline single-player “a possibility”, and the reason Redfall was to be released as “always online,” was due to “accessibility stuff.” Other features included with the update include revamped Neighborhood and Nest systems, single-player pausing, and more to be announced. Freddy Fazbear and friends will return to the big screen on December 5, 2025. As part of Take-Two’s latest earnings briefing, CEO Strauss Zelnick discussed Grand Theft Auto VI’s release window and commented on how he’s observed a “fever pitch”-level of excitement for the game. Valve might have sprung a leak. A handful of screenshots supposedly from Valve’s next big game, allegedly a competitive shooter called Deadlock, appeared on 4Chan and Twitter yesterday. The word from multiple dedicated Valve sleuths on Twitter is that Deadlock is a 6v6 third-person shooter that takes inspiration from Overwatch, Team Fortress 2, and Dota 2.
