The first PlayStation Plus Essential lineup of 2025 is now available, offering three new titles for active members to download. These games will remain available until 4th February 2025, giving players ample time to add them to their libraries. The titles include:
- Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (PS5)
- The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS5, PS4)
- Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4)
Availability
The games are currently accessible for download in the UK and Europe, with rollout to the USA scheduled later today. As always, PS Plus Essential members will retain access to these games as long as their membership remains active. A new selection of titles will replace these on 5th February 2025.

Community reception to the lineup has been mixed, as reflected in a recent Push Square poll. Out of over 6,000 participants, 43% expressed disappointment with the selection, while only 16% indicated satisfaction. Among the offerings, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe emerged as the most anticipated title for those excited about this month’s picks.
