Ahead of NBA 2K24’s release next month, 2K and Visual Concepts have released a new gameplay trailer and divulged more information about what’s new in this year’s professional basketball sim.
Gameplay director Mike Wang said in a blog post that NBA 2K24’s gameplay should be both more skill-based and intuitive at the same time, to help appeal to the veteran players and newcomers alike. Take a look at the impressive new gameplay trailer below to see some of what’s new this year.
2K says shooting and dribbling are “more accessible and intuitive than ever before,” and that players should be able to more easily perform dribbles to get into space to make a high-percentage shot. Additionally, adrenaline boosts have been “redesigned” to help make offense and defense “more engaging.”
