Bethesda has confirmed when preloading for the sci-fi RPG Starfield will begin, and it’s soon.
Posting on Twitter, Bethesda Game Studios announced that preloading on Xbox Series XS and for Windows PC begins on August 17. Steam users can start preloading on August 30. This announcement was paired with the news that Starfield has “gone gold,” which means Bethesda has completed work on the game to get it out the door, though the studio may still be working on optimization and more.
